At Rescue Spa, your satisfaction is our priority, and we accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our luxury skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unopened items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship to Rescue Spa
Send your return using a trackable shipping method to our Philadelphia or New York flagship location as directed by our support team.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
